Responsibilities
- Monitor trust-account implementation, fund use and documentation compliance
- Process and track Direct Financial Cooperation agreements and fund transfers
- Maintain transaction records, dashboards and supporting documentation
- Follow up on reports and corrective actions with health authorities
- Coordinate monitoring visits, spot checks and assurance activities
- Provide guidance on financial documentation, reporting and filing practices
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in finance, commerce, business administration, accounting, economics or a related field
- At least three years of relevant experience in programme management, administrative or finance services
- Experience supporting government institutions, development partners, United Nations agencies, NGOs or donor-funded programmes
- Experience supporting audit readiness, compliance and financial monitoring
- Excellent English written and spoken proficiency
