PGK 4,245 per month

Responsibilities

  • Process Direct Financial Cooperation agreements and fund-transfer documentation
  • Follow up on acquittals, supporting records and outstanding financial items
  • Coordinate with health authorities and WHO teams on financial documentation
  • Maintain tracking tools, registers and dashboards for transactions and reporting
  • Support monitoring visits, desktop reviews and spot checks
  • Process payment claims and maintain audit-ready records

Requirements

  • Diploma in business administration or a related field
  • At least two years of progressively responsible finance, administrative or operational support experience
  • Experience supporting government institutions, development partners, United Nations agencies, NGOs or donor-funded programmes
  • Excellent English written and spoken proficiency
