Responsibilities
- Process Direct Financial Cooperation agreements and fund-transfer documentation
- Follow up on acquittals, supporting records and outstanding financial items
- Coordinate with health authorities and WHO teams on financial documentation
- Maintain tracking tools, registers and dashboards for transactions and reporting
- Support monitoring visits, desktop reviews and spot checks
- Process payment claims and maintain audit-ready records
Requirements
- Diploma in business administration or a related field
- At least two years of progressively responsible finance, administrative or operational support experience
- Experience supporting government institutions, development partners, United Nations agencies, NGOs or donor-funded programmes
- Excellent English written and spoken proficiency

- Twelve-month consultancy with a six-month initial probation
