Responsibilities
- Drive authorised passengers and transport documents and other items
- Meet official personnel and facilitate immigration and customs formalities
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicles to roadworthiness and security standards
- Perform minor repairs and arrange further maintenance when required
- Record official trips, mileage, fuel consumption and servicing
- Follow accident procedures and security instructions from supervisors
Requirements
- Completion of primary education, high school or higher education
- At least two years of relevant driving experience
- Valid driving licence
- Knowledge of driving rules and regulations
- Knowledge of English or the UN working language of the duty station
