Senior Driver

The senior driver provides safe, reliable transport for IOM personnel, visitors, documents and goods, coordinates vehicle schedules, maintains roadworthiness and service records, supports airport formalities and protects passengers, property and confidential information.

Department: IOM Guyana Country Office

• Drive authorized personnel, visitors and goods safely and punctually
• Coordinate vehicle assignments and driver schedules
• Inspect vehicles and arrange servicing and minor repairs
• Maintain mileage, fuel and spare-parts records
• Plan safe and efficient travel routes
• Support airport formalities and secure document delivery
• Brief and train other drivers

• High school certificate with three years of relevant experience or bachelor degree with one year
• Valid national driving licence
• Knowledge of driving rules and regulations
• Experience driving varied vehicle makes and models
