Responsibilities

  • Coordinate beneficiary support across movement operations
  • Arrange safe transport to consolidation points and facilities
  • Provide essential items during travel and transit
  • Support children, at-risk cases and people with special needs
  • Process travel documents, exit permits and visa applications
  • Capture and maintain operational and biometric data
  • Coordinate agencies, service providers and movement teams
  • Apply protection, conduct and data-protection standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma with five years of experience or relevant bachelor degree with three years
  • Prior movement operations, transport or management experience
  • Experience communicating with beneficiaries
  • Experience handling sensitive information and personal data
