Movement Operations Associate (Beneficiary-Facing Activities)

The associate coordinates safe, orderly movement operations for refugees and migrants, supporting transport, travel documentation, essential assistance, vulnerable cases, visa and biometric processes, data handling and partner coordination across resettlement and humanitarian pathways.

• Coordinate beneficiary support across movement operations
• Arrange safe transport to consolidation points and facilities
• Provide essential items during travel and transit
• Support children, at-risk cases and people with special needs
• Process travel documents, exit permits and visa applications
• Capture and maintain operational and biometric data
• Coordinate agencies, service providers and movement teams
• Apply protection, conduct and data-protection standards

• High school diploma with five years of experience or relevant bachelor degree with three years
• Prior movement operations, transport or management experience
• Experience communicating with beneficiaries
• Experience handling sensitive information and personal data

• Special short-term graded appointment
• Extended, overnight and weekend support may be required
