• Plan and lead the digital transformation of NATO Linguistic Services
• Integrate AI-enabled translation and interpretation workflows
• Direct change management and advise on language-service innovation
• Lead, coach and evaluate digital-transformation staff
• Modernize working methods and maintain stakeholder relationships

• Relevant university degree or equivalent qualification
• Seven years leading change, cross-functional teams and language-service projects
• At least three years in management positions
• Experience integrating AI-powered translation or interpretation tools
• Proficiency in one NATO language and advanced command of the other
• Nationality of a NATO member country
