Responsibilities
- Diagnose the Gender Data Lab and define priority artificial-intelligence use cases
- Build pipelines for preparing and transforming gender-statistics data
- Develop automated analytical, predictive and interpretive models
- Create a retrieval-based intelligent chatbot and maintain its knowledge base
- Design semantic search, indicators and decision-support dashboards
- Evaluate model performance and lead continuous improvement
- Document models, datasets, processing methods and validation procedures
- Integrate artificial-intelligence functions with the web platform and train users
Requirements
- Master's degree in data science, artificial intelligence, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics or an equivalent field
- At least two years of professional experience in data-science or artificial-intelligence projects
- Experience developing data-analysis, machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models for statistical production
- Proficiency in Python and major data-science ecosystems
- Advanced SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data pipelines and APIs
- Fluency in French
