Responsibilities
- Advise on development, refinement and delivery of LLM and AI tools for JWC digital transformation
- Identify emerging technologies and machine-learning opportunities for process improvement
- Deploy, optimise and manage LLM-powered applications in a production environment
- Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for future JWC applications
- Develop multimodal solutions to address hybrid search needs
- Develop a roadmap for data initiatives and NATO digital transformation integration
- Apply validation methods to verify accuracy and reliability of large data-centric programmes
- Recommend and coordinate projects to embed AI-based solutions into JWC business processes
Requirements
- University degree in information technology, economics, statistics, operations research or a related discipline with three years of function-related experience is required, or higher secondary education with advanced vocational training and four years post-related experience
- Minimum three years of functional experience developing, managing and adapting artificial intelligence systems including large language models is required
- Minimum two years of functional experience with Python, SQL and Spark or equivalent is required
- Microsoft Azure Data Scientist certification or equivalent is required
- Upper-intermediate or advanced English is required
