Overview
UN Women seeks a full-stack web developer to build the Gender Data Lab platform with Senegal's statistics agency. The consultant will design its architecture and interfaces, develop APIs and dashboards, integrate an AI chatbot, implement secure access, test and deploy the platform, and document its operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Design the Gender Data Lab's web architecture and user interfaces
- Develop front-end components and back-end services for the platform
- Build and document REST or GraphQL application programming interfaces
- Create interactive dashboards and gender-data visualisations
- Integrate an artificial intelligence chatbot using retrieval-augmented generation
- Implement authentication, access control, security and performance safeguards
- Test, deploy, document and maintain the production platform
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, business intelligence, artificial intelligence or a related field
- At least two years of experience developing web or digital platforms through the production lifecycle
- Fluency in French
