Data Enumerators – Mobility Tracking Matrix (MTM)

Collect reliable mobility data for IOM Kyrgyzstan by interviewing key informants, observing field conditions, validating and uploading survey records, maintaining informed consent and confidentiality, coordinating fieldwork logistics and documenting activities, gaps and data-collection challenges.

Department: Mobility Tracking Matrix

• Conduct key-informant interviews and direct observation
• Verify data accuracy and follow up on missing information
• Prepare fieldwork plans and coordinate daily data collection
• Maintain informed consent, confidentiality and data security
• Upload completed surveys through Kobo and retain activity records
• Submit narrative reporting on fieldwork and challenges

• Bachelor degree or higher in sociology, economics or a related field
• At least one year of community or household assessment and survey experience
• Knowledge of migration and development
• Fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian
