Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily technical work with education ministries and other national institutions
- Facilitate access to administrative, statistical and sectoral data for the study
- Consolidate, document and quality-check multisectoral datasets
- Organise national, regional and local consultations and synthesise stakeholder contributions
- Prepare technical meetings and support regional and national validation workshops
- Review study documents and verify the institutional relevance of proposals
- Develop operational recommendations for Priority Education Zone designation and monitoring
- Produce inception, consultation, workshop, synthesis and final mission reports
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in education sciences, education planning, statistics, demography, economics, public policy, development or a related field
- At least eight years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in education planning, monitoring and evaluation, data management or education policy
- Knowledge of Cameroon’s education system
- Experience collaborating with national public administrations and facilitating multi-stakeholder consultations
- Excellent command of French
- Professional working proficiency in English
Desired Criteria
- Experience with UNICEF, United Nations agencies or technical and financial partners
