Responsibilities
- Map institutions holding national economic, social and sector data
- Secure focal points and authorisations for access to required datasets
- Coordinate structured collection, traceability and transfer of national data
- Organise consultations with ministries, statistics authorities, UN agencies and civil society
- Facilitate technical review of data and assumptions by national authorities
- Document feedback, decisions, data limitations and contextual interpretations
- Organise validation and dissemination workshops and participant follow-up
- Support national uptake of findings and track commitments from validation
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written French and Malagasy
- Knowledge of national surveys, administrative data and sector budget data
- Ability to coordinate data collection across multiple institutions under tight deadlines
- Ability to prepare clear structured minutes and synthesis notes in French
