Consultant - Climate Change and Health Financing

Advance WHO climate and health financing in the Western Pacific by researching investment priorities, supporting climate diplomacy, coordinating partnerships and country workshops, developing advocacy and decision materials, tracking ACE-FIT delivery and shaping innovative financing approaches.

Department: Asia-Pacific Centre for Environment and Health

• Support WHO engagement in pre-COP and COP31 processes
• Develop climate-health advocacy and investment materials
• Coordinate partnerships with development banks and climate funds
• Map country climate-health financing maturity and priorities
• Plan country workshops and maintain ACE-FIT delivery tracking
• Develop financing concepts and decision-ready materials

• University degree in public health, economics, international development, climate finance or a related field
• At least two years of international experience in climate finance, development or health systems strengthening
• Expert knowledge of English
• Availability to travel to Seoul
