Communications Assistant - Brand and Design

The International Court of Justice internship gives a cybersecurity student experience supporting the Registry’s Information Systems Officer. Placement develops awareness materials, assists users and supports cybersecurity operations, risk management and access management. The intern tracks tickets and vulnerabilities, supports security tools and joins training, testing and resilience exercises.

• Support production of graphic materials following UNOPS brand guidelines
• Support pre-production and post-production of audiovisual materials for projects and the office
• Prepare graphic materials, campaigns, information products, visual identities and official documents
• Support quality control of products under the UNOPS brand manual
• Support development of 2D animated video capsules for external, internal and social-media communications

• Secondary-school education is required
• At least four years of relevant experience in design and audiovisual or organisational communication
• Experience in audiovisual production for external, internal and social-media communications
• Experience using Adobe Premiere or similar software
• Native Spanish

• Recent completion of or enrolment in a master’s programme in information technology or a related field
• Initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision
