Responsibilities
- Review national, regional and global climate, education and school WASH frameworks
- Assess school water and sanitation facilities and identify service gaps
- Conduct climate-risk and vulnerability assessments for school WASH systems
- Develop climate-resilient school WASH standards tailored to Grenada
- Validate draft standards with government and sector stakeholders
- Train education officials, school staff and water-authority personnel
- Prepare trainers to cascade guidance and support implementation
- Document practical standards for resilient and continuous school services
Requirements
- Master's degree in environmental studies, civil engineering, natural or water-resources management, social sciences or a related field
- At least five years of progressive experience planning, implementing and monitoring WASH programmes or projects
- Experience developing WASH strategies, policies, guidelines or similar frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of WASH frameworks and their climate linkages
- Fluency in English
