Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the office's human resources team and service delivery
- Align workforce and talent strategies with office priorities and business objectives
- Advise senior leadership on people, culture and organizational transformation
- Develop partnerships and networks that strengthen HR delivery
- Design and oversee assigned human resources services
- Lead learning and capacity-development initiatives
- Use workforce data and analytics to guide decisions and organizational improvement
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or a related field
- At least ten years of increasingly responsible human resources management experience in an international organization or large corporation
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership, stakeholder management and knowledge of UN HR policies, benefits and entitlements
- Fluency in English
