Leads UNICEF's people and culture function in East Jerusalem, directing HR services, workforce transformation and talent strategy while advising office leadership on organizational effectiveness and an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Department: Human Resources

• Lead and manage the office's human resources team and service delivery
• Align workforce and talent strategies with office priorities and business objectives
• Advise senior leadership on people, culture and organizational transformation
• Develop partnerships and networks that strengthen HR delivery
• Design and oversee assigned human resources services
• Lead learning and capacity-development initiatives
• Use workforce data and analytics to guide decisions and organizational improvement

• Advanced university degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or a related field
• At least ten years of increasingly responsible human resources management experience in an international organization or large corporation
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership, stakeholder management and knowledge of UN HR policies, benefits and entitlements
• Fluency in English
