Assistant(e) Communication et Partenariats

Supports UNDP Mali's communication and strategic-partnership work as the country programme prepares its 2027–2031 cooperation framework. The volunteer creates written, visual and digital content, covers events, maintains partnership information and helps engage stakeholders around programme results and resource mobilisation.

Department: Communication and Strategic Partnerships Team

• Support implementation of UNDP Mali's communication and partnership strategy
• Provide photographic coverage of country-office events and activities
• Research and write articles and success stories on priority programme themes
• Design web and print communication materials using Adobe Creative Suite
• Update the partnership-management platform and track partnership activities
• Manage digital communications through UNDP Mali social-media pages
• Organise events and awareness activities that engage stakeholders and mobilise resources

• Academic background in social sciences, international relations, political science, communications, journalism or a related field
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Ability to use digital tools, including artificial intelligence tools
• Research and writing capability
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in French

• Volunteer assignment via UNV
• Assignment duration is 184 days
• Living and security conditions in Mali may be demanding and require adherence to security guidance
