Coordination and Communications Support

Coordinates inter-agency and partner engagement for the Zero Hunger Accelerator and other UN Women initiatives. The consultancy supports collaborative processes, communications and advocacy planning, produces strategic materials, tracks delivery and lessons, and strengthens coherent programme visibility.

Department: Philippines Country Office

• Support inter-agency coordination, stakeholder engagement and follow-up on collaborative processes
• Coordinate external partners and consultants working on the Zero Hunger Accelerator and other initiatives
• Plan and roll out communications and advocacy strategies with consistent messaging and visibility
• Produce briefs, reports, presentations and visual materials that synthesise programme insights
• Track coordination and communications delivery, document lessons and recommend improvements

• Secondary education and a bachelor’s degree in international development, communications, public relations, journalism or a related field
• At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in inter-agency or stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, communications or advocacy
• Experience with gender equality and development issues in the Philippines
• Experience preparing analytical reports, policy briefs and visual communication materials
• Experience managing and curating social-media content
• Fluency in English and Filipino

• Home-based consultancy reporting to the UN Women Philippines office as needed
• At least one mission may be required and will be arranged and paid separately by UN Women
• Monthly progress reports are required
