Supports UNFPA financial operations by maintaining project accounts, preparing budgets and donor reports, reviewing payment documentation, processing transactions in Quantum, analysing funds and helping implementing partners address audit and spot-check recommendations.

• Maintain project accounts by budget line and analyse mobilised-fund accounts
• Support programme staff with budgets and donor financial reports
• Track invoice-payment processes and verify documentation against financial procedures
• Process F10 forms, payment transactions, account codes and supporting documents in Quantum
• Prepare transfer orders and payment files for signature
• Support implementing partners in following audit, spot-check and monitoring recommendations
• Process office reversals and maintain accurate financial data and documentation

• Baccalauréat with five years of relevant accounting, finance or grants-management experience, or a bachelor's-level degree with four years of such experience
• Strong accounting and financial-management knowledge
• Knowledge of donor-fund compliance rules
• Advanced Microsoft Office capability and familiarity with integrated financial-management systems
• Fluent French and working knowledge of English
• Ability to apply UNFPA or UN-system policies and procedures with discretion and confidentiality
