Asociado/a Técnico/a en Habitanza de Calle

The associate strengthens implementation of Colombia's social policy for people experiencing homelessness by coordinating institutions and service providers, analysing operational gaps, tracking activities and indicators, and turning field practice into technical reports, improvements and shared learning.

Department: Protection Social and Productive Inclusion Portfolio

• Coordinate institutions and service providers implementing support for people experiencing homelessness
• Convened technical coordination and institutional-strengthening sessions with project actors
• Analyse territorial service operations and identify gaps, risks and bottlenecks
• Monitor project actions, targets and indicators and recommend operational adjustments
• Consolidate implementation information and prepare technical reports for decision-making
• Systematise good practices and lessons from social-policy implementation
• Develop staff and partner capacity through briefings, workshops and practical tools
• Share relevant data and learning across national and regional knowledge networks

• Secondary education with at least seven years of relevant experience, or university degree in a relevant field with at least four years of relevant experience
• Experience implementing or monitoring programmes for people experiencing homelessness or highly vulnerable populations
• Experience coordinating public institutions, social organisations, service providers or community actors
• Experience preparing technical reports and tracking indicators
• Fluency in Spanish
