Overview
The National Project Officer will coordinate an IOM–UN joint programme in Egypt, overseeing work plans, budgets, monitoring, reporting and stakeholder engagement. The role will manage project data and communications, support capacity building, develop proposals and guide staff delivering protection-focused activities.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational, administrative and financial implementation of the joint programme
- Develop work plans, budgets, monitoring tools and operating procedures
- Collect and analyze project data and prepare donor-compliant reports
- Liaise with government, donors, United Nations agencies and implementing partners
- Organize capacity building, prepare proposals and supervise project staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with two years of experience or a relevant master’s degree
- Experience liaising with government, international organizations, United Nations agencies or civil society
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, displaced persons, trafficking survivors or other vulnerable groups
- Fluency in English and Arabic
