Responsibilities
- Support participatory needs assessment and analysis using an age, gender and diversity perspective
- Support development of multi-year protection and solutions strategies and annual plans
- Assist planning in compliance with UNHCR programme parameters and instructions
- Review plans and reports to support quality assurance and compliance with policies and standards
- Support partnership management, agreements, project performance monitoring and audits
- Contribute to consistent monitoring approaches, tools and systems within the area of responsibility
- Identify implementation gaps and recommend solutions with relevant sections
- Support follow-up on audit observations and programme-related recommendations
Requirements
- One year of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree, or no experience with a graduate or doctorate degree
- Degree in economics, business administration, social sciences or another relevant field
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Dominican Republic nationality, or existing residence in the Dominican Republic with valid work and residency permits
