Asistencia técnica para la implementación de la ruta de atención integral de la Primera Infancia

UNICEF seeks a consultant to provide specialised technical assistance for implementation of Guatemala’s early childhood development policy. The assignment supports validation of prioritised care-pathway products, development of implementation tools and operational guidelines, and preparation of an innovative-financing project profile with UNICEF, public institutions and technical counterparts.

• Support validation of prioritised early childhood care-pathway products
• Develop guidelines and tools for implementation and operational management
• Strengthen UNICEF and MTPI capacity in Results-Based Management
• Facilitate technical meetings with public institutions and validate products
• Prepare an innovative-financing project profile with UNICEF and MSPAS

• At least 10 years of experience in public management and budgeting
• Spanish language requirement
• Experience applying Results-Based Management methodologies
