WASH Officer

UNICEF's WASH Officer in Port Sudan will strengthen donor accountability, programme learning and evidence use across a humanitarian portfolio. The post analyses performance data, prepares donor and situation reports, manages reporting inputs, documents results and lessons, and coordinates communication with funding partners.

Department: WASH Programme

• Prepare and quality-review donor reports, situation reports and humanitarian updates
• Consolidate and analyse WASH programme performance information
• Manage programme data and reporting inputs for development and humanitarian partners
• Document results, lessons learned and good practices
• Develop knowledge and strategic communication products
• Coordinate reporting and information exchange with partners and programme teams
• Support innovation and capacity building through dissemination of new knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in public health, international development, WASH, social sciences, communications, engineering or another relevant field
• At least two years of relevant experience in WASH programme management, proposal development or project reporting
• Report writing and technical, partnership and knowledge-document development skills
• Fluency in English
