TLP Repayment Associate

Supports the USRAP Travel Loan Program by servicing overdue participant accounts, answering repayment enquiries, negotiating arrangements and maintaining accurate confidential records. The role combines collections, customer service, bookkeeping, skip tracing, safeguarding and data-protection duties.

• Contact overdue participants and negotiate repayment arrangements
• Maintain accounts and respond to enquiries
• Conduct skip tracing and issue correspondence
• Register users on the TLP WebPortal

• Degree plus three years, or secondary education plus five years
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience
• English and Burmese

• Work arrangement: onsite.
• Contract duration: 1 year.
