Responsibilities
- Support implementation of TEM and TER strategic plans and initiatives
- Prepare substantive inputs for steering committees, workshops and meetings
- Organise meeting logistics and participant travel
- Draft work programmes and budgets and administer approved resources
- Prepare consultant terms of reference and coordinate external experts
- Maintain liaison with national coordinators and distribute decision materials
- Prepare project reports and maintain websites and archives
- Administer procurement, financial activities and project visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, economics, business or public administration, international law, international relations or a related field
- At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in sustainable transport, international projects, transport planning or programme management within government, an international organisation or financial institution
- Fluency in English
