Senior Technician (Technical Coordination)

Provides technical coordination for NATO Communications and Information Agency services in Brunssum. The technician gives specialist advice, supports knowledge, availability and incident management, and helps maintain ICT end systems and critical services used by locally based NATO entities.

• Provide specialist technical advice for communications and information services
• Support knowledge management, service availability and incident management
• Implement, configure, troubleshoot and maintain ICT end systems, hardware and software

• Higher vocational training plus two years of relevant experience, or secondary education plus four years
• At least two years of ICT end-systems implementation and maintenance experience
• Fluent written and spoken English
