Responsibilities

  • Arrange logistics for hybrid, virtual and in-person meetings and events
  • Maintain SharePoint sites, repositories, records and knowledge resources
  • Document and improve IT, audiovisual and service-desk support processes
  • Prepare, distribute and track laptops, phones and other ICT assets
  • Research, test and support adoption of AI-enabled workplace platforms
  • Contribute to process automation and digital-transformation initiatives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, operational summaries and guidance materials

Requirements

  • Three years of full-time university study in information management, data systems, computer science, information technology or a related field
  • Current enrolment leading to a qualification, or application within eighteen months of graduation
  • Familiarity with standard computer applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expert English proficiency
