Responsibilities
- Arrange logistics for hybrid, virtual and in-person meetings and events
- Maintain SharePoint sites, repositories, records and knowledge resources
- Document and improve IT, audiovisual and service-desk support processes
- Prepare, distribute and track laptops, phones and other ICT assets
- Research, test and support adoption of AI-enabled workplace platforms
- Contribute to process automation and digital-transformation initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, operational summaries and guidance materials
Requirements
- Three years of full-time university study in information management, data systems, computer science, information technology or a related field
- Current enrolment leading to a qualification, or application within eighteen months of graduation
- Familiarity with standard computer applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Expert English proficiency
