Senior Technician (Technical Coordination)

Coordinate technical support for NATO communications and information services in Norfolk, providing specialist advice, managing service availability, incidents and problems, maintaining organisational knowledge and resolving hardware, software and end-system issues for local NATO entities.

Department: NATO Communications and Information Agency, CSU Norfolk

• Provide specialist advice on communications and information systems
• Coordinate service availability and customer support
• Manage technical incidents and recurring problems
• Maintain technical knowledge and service documentation
• Configure and maintain hardware and software end systems
• Resolve ICT issues independently

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with two years of experience, or secondary education with four years
• Experience implementing and maintaining ICT end systems in a large organisation
• Fluency in written and spoken English
