Manages beneficiary information and payment data for UNICEF Nigeria's HOPE humanitarian cash-transfer platform, improving the accuracy, reconciliation, monitoring and reporting of frontline-worker incentive payments across immunization and health programmes.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Manage recipient data on the HOPE MIS platform
  • Consolidate beneficiary data from multiple sources
  • Prepare HOPE payment plans
  • Reconcile failed-payment lists
  • Coordinate payment-verification data collection with data officers
  • Generate regular reports with HOPE headquarters teams
  • Provide data insights and recommendations to the Health Section
  • Support accountability mechanisms for cash-transfer operations

Role Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education
  • At least 7 years of administrative or clerical experience in data management, programme management or cash-transfer programmes
  • Fluency in English

Desired Criteria

  • Experience with UN agencies or NGOs, preferably UNICEF, at interagency level
  • Knowledge of another official UN language or a local language
  • Professional or university courses in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field
  • Country-level experience in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts
