Job Description
Develops an online creative-arts campaign for Simuka Africa Youth Association’s 34 Gallery Initiative, promoting mental-health awareness and gender-equality advocacy. Volunteers create digital content and campaign materials for social channels, open calls and fundraising outreach that support at-risk girls and young people in Zimbabwe, and expand participation in art therapy initiatives.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Create creative-arts campaign content for online audiences
- Develop articles, graphics, art, short fiction and poetry for open calls
- Produce content for Match-A-Meal and Holiday Campaigns
- Create artwork, graphics and videos for social-media platforms
- Support publicity for mental-health and gender-equality advocacy
- Assist with administrative filing for open calls
Role Requirements
- Experience in social-media campaigns and graphic design
- English
Desired Criteria
- Creative experience, degree or portfolio in arts or art history
- Experience supervising youth-led or creative communities
- Background in psychology, mental health, art therapy, social work, social science or education
- Experience in fundraising, grant writing, publicity or online campaigns
- Experience with literary writing, editing or publishing
