Responsibilities
- Prepare the consultancy workplan and survey methodology
- Coordinate the study with the interinstitutional group and pilot technical teams
- Collect and systematize information required for the urban-stock study
- Conduct a georeferenced physical survey across the pilot areas
- Build a GIS database of surveyed properties and urban conditions
- Classify vacant, deteriorated and underused properties by public or private ownership
- Present interim findings for validation and deliver the final products on schedule
Requirements
- University degree in architecture, urban planning or a related field
- At least two years of professional experience in urban planning, urban vacancy or urban-policy implementation
- Experience using geographic information systems
- Experience coordinating with interinstitutional and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Spanish
