Intern - Programme Research (Projects and related MLF policies)

Research Montreal Protocol projects and policies for the Multilateral Fund Secretariat. The intern designs an information tool, compiles project evidence on refrigeration servicing and demonstrations, and analyses regulatory frameworks, refrigerants, equipment standards, energy efficiency and post-project results.

• Help design a tool to populate and update project and servicing-sector information
• Compile and analyse refrigeration-servicing activities and certification arrangements
• Research demonstration projects, alternatives and energy-efficiency gains
• Review regulations for controlled substances, equipment and servicing practice
• Analyse refrigerant and equipment market-control policies
• Document post-project results and impacts

• Current or completed graduate programme, final-year first degree, or completed university degree in a relevant field
• Study in environmental science, environmental policy, sustainable development, political science, public policy, international relations, data science or related field
• Fluent spoken and written English

• Unpaid United Nations internship
