Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation and monitoring of WASH and NFI project activities
- Compile, analyse and present project data for operational decisions
- Monitor budget availability, approvals and expenditure records
- Coordinate administrative actions across IOM units and external partners
- Prepare status reports, briefing notes, correspondence and statistical tables
- Organise meetings, workshops and training sessions
- Monitor implementing-partner delivery and report compliance gaps
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with three years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with five years of relevant experience
- Experience in WASH projects or non-food-item distribution
- Experience in field monitoring, data collection and beneficiary follow-up
- Experience coordinating with communities, implementing partners and local authorities
- Experience in database management, donor reporting and project-cycle management
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
