Coordinates IOM Venezuela’s Displacement Tracking Matrix, overseeing field assessments, data collection, analysis and information products while embedding protection and inclusion standards, strengthening field capacity and giving partners timely evidence on displacement and mobility.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate Displacement Tracking Matrix activities and field assessments
- Develop data-collection and analysis exercises under the country strategy
- Improve assessment methods, workflows and field contextualisation
- Produce reports, displacement profiles, maps and infographics
- Manage field reporting and verify daily operational updates
- Integrate protection, inclusion, gender and accountability principles into assessments
- Coordinate DTM workplans, budgets, logistics and staffing arrangements
- Train field staff, partners, NGOs and government authorities
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in information management, computer science, political or social science, international law, humanitarian affairs or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or a relevant university degree with four years
- Experience in emergency response, humanitarian assistance and early recovery
- Experience in data collection, research and report writing
- Experience applying data-protection principles
- Experience implementing humanitarian projects and producing technical data briefs
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of humanitarian mandates concerning displaced and conflict-affected populations
- Knowledge of ArcGIS or other GIS software
- Knowledge of graphic design using Adobe tools
- Working knowledge of French
