Responsibilities

  • Research and analyse counter-terrorism programme issues
  • Draft project documents, briefings, reports, speeches and web stories
  • Monitor developments in terrorist financing, border security and cybersecurity
  • Organise and categorise information in UNOCT databases
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries and reports
  • Support fact-finding missions, training, workshops and conferences

Requirements

  • Current or recent enrolment in a graduate programme, or current or recent enrolment in the final year of an undergraduate programme
  • Field of study closely related to counter-terrorism programming
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
