Supports WFP Liberia’s community-feedback mechanism by providing responsive client-service, communication and accountability support. The Programme Associate records and transmits clear community feedback, follows established procedures in high-pressure settings, supports engagement practices and service improvement, and helps connect affected people with humanitarian assistance and accountable programme delivery.

• Receive and transmit clear community feedback
• Support client-service and community-engagement functions
• Follow feedback procedures in high-pressure environments
• Support accountable humanitarian service delivery

• University degree in social work or another related field
• Minimum two years in client or customer services or social work
• Working knowledge of English
