Overview
Provides administrative and information-management support to WFP’s research, assessment and monitoring team, managing its hotline, operational systems, partner follow-up and field-monitor liaison while producing basic analyses that keep programme information accurate, accessible and timely.

Responsibilities
- Manage the WFP hotline and share regular reports with programme and RAM teams
- Process routine administrative and financial tasks for the RAM unit
- Organise meetings, take notes and prepare reports
- Maintain corporate information systems and ensure records remain current and accessible
- Track partnerships and partner payments
- Coordinate information flows between RAM staff and field monitors
- Collect data and perform basic analysis for management information
- Support partner liaison and day-to-day unit operations
Requirements
- Completed secondary education in a relevant functional area with five years of experience in management, administration, logistics or a related field
- Fluency at level C in spoken French
- Knowledge of WFP financial operations and contract-management systems
