Overview

Directs UNRWA’s Ramallah Women’s Training Centre and its technical, administrative and residential operations. The principal leads curriculum quality, staff and budgets, builds employer partnerships, oversees trainee welfare and facilities, and advances inclusive and digitally enabled vocational education.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the training centre’s programmes, projects and daily operations
  • Manage curriculum delivery, assessment and TVET quality assurance
  • Lead staff recruitment, performance management and professional development
  • Prepare and control budgets and develop funding proposals
  • Build partnerships with employers, ministries and education stakeholders
  • Oversee trainee welfare, residential services, facilities, safety and security

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in educational administration or a subject taught at the centre
  • Seven years of relevant experience, including four years in an administrative or supervisory TVET role and three years of teaching
  • English at UN Level II
  • Internal UNRWA candidate status
  • Residence and work authorization in the West Bank or Jerusalem
  • Valid driving license
