Post-Event Bilingual Communication for the Youth Scientists Salon

CQRES seeks two online volunteers to turn Youth Scientists Salon materials into polished Chinese-English communication outputs. The assignment covers translation, editing, digital storytelling, documentation, key-message development and preparation of a bilingual event highlight and outcome summary.

• Translate, proofread and polish Chinese-English event materials
• Organise photos, meeting documents, participant information and feedback
• Draft participant introductions, post-event summaries and bilingual publicity content
• Prepare three translated meeting documents including the Youth Declaration
• Identify key messages and youth-focused storytelling angles
• Produce a concise meeting outcome summary

• English is required
• Experience or demonstrated interest in translation, writing, editing or communication outreach
