Post-Event International Liaison for the Youth Scientists Salon

CQRES seeks two online volunteers to coordinate post-event international liaison for the Youth Scientists Salon. The assignment organises participant records, prepares bilingual follow-up messages, collects feedback, documents engagement outcomes and recommends next steps for international youth cooperation.

• Organise participant contacts, affiliations, participation records and follow-up status
• Prepare English or bilingual thank-you messages, feedback requests and notices
• Coordinate online follow-up with international guests and youth representatives
• Compile and categorise participant and partner feedback
• Prepare post-event summaries of discussions, engagement and follow-up actions
• Produce a liaison summary with recommendations for future engagement

• English is required
• Experience or demonstrated interest in international communication, youth engagement, outreach or cross-cultural coordination
