Responsibilities

- Identify and resolve inconsistencies between the two institutions' internal regulations
- Consult stakeholders on legal options for implementing flexible work arrangements
- Draft proposed Ministry of Labour by-laws for flexible work arrangements
- Design monitoring and evaluation procedures for the amended labour law
- Provide regular progress updates and a final legal recommendations report
Requirements
- Master's degree in Lebanese law
- At least five years of professional experience in law reform and legislative change
- Fluency in Arabic
