National Legal Consultant for Drafting By-laws to Implement the Law on Flexible Work Arrangements in Lebanon

Provides legal research and drafting support for Lebanon's implementation of flexible-work legislation, aligning Ministry of Labour by-laws with social-security regulations, consulting key institutions and proposing monitoring procedures for coherent and fair labour-law reform.

• Review Ministry of Labour rules, internal regulations and by-laws alongside NSSF regulations
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies between the two institutions' internal regulations
• Consult stakeholders on legal options for implementing flexible work arrangements
• Draft proposed Ministry of Labour by-laws for flexible work arrangements
• Design monitoring and evaluation procedures for the amended labour law
• Provide regular progress updates and a final legal recommendations report

• Master's degree in Lebanese law
• At least five years of professional experience in law reform and legislative change
• Fluency in Arabic

• Remote consultancy lasting three months
