Summary of Responsibilities
- Modernize knowledge management for social-protection programmes
- Strengthen longitudinal field-data collection and analysis for Cash Plus programming
- Institutionalize accountability mechanisms for affected populations
- Improve confidential community-feedback and complaints-management processes
- Support community participation during project co-creation
- Provide technical support to Social Policy and Advocacy and planning, monitoring and evaluation teams
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in social sciences, economics, programme evaluation, project management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, social protection, accountability to affected populations and data management
- Excellent written and spoken French, English and Kirundi proficiency
