Content Management Consultant – Bebbo Parenting Programme

Supports UNICEF’s Bebbo parenting programme by managing centrally curated content for a multilingual mobile application. The home-based consultant organizes, localizes, publishes and quality-assures CMS material; resolves issues; documents workflows; and strengthens country teams’ capacity to use the platform.

• Manage and quality-assure centrally curated Bebbo content in the CMS
• Support content localization and translation for participating programme countries
• Document CMS workflows, issues and resolution steps for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop user guidance and deliver virtual training, demonstrations and technical clinics
• Coordinate content requests and follow-up with country, field and client teams

• Advanced university degree in communications, marketing, digital media, information management, information systems, information and communication technology, library or information science, international development, social sciences, business administration or a relevant field
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in digital content management, content operations, digital communications, product support or knowledge management
• At least two years supporting content management for a consumer-facing digital product, mobile application or web platform
• More than two years of hands-on content management system experience
• Experience supporting remote country, field or client teams and technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience developing guidance, procedures or training materials and delivering virtual training
• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Direct Drupal experience
• Experience with multilingual parenting, early-childhood, health, education or youth digital products
• Experience supporting UNICEF country offices, another UN entity, government counterparts or development partners
• Familiarity with Digital Public Goods, open-source solutions and multilingual content governance
• Knowledge of a language used in Bebbo programme countries
