Overview
Map the ecosystem supporting implementation of Kiribati’s National Food Systems Pathway. The national specialist will identify stakeholders, initiatives and coordination mechanisms, prepare technical assessments, contribute to a 2026–2030 action plan and document the national dialogue.

Responsibilities
- Prepare an inception report, methodology, workplan and implementation schedule
- Map and analyse food-system stakeholders, initiatives, partnerships and support services
- Draft and revise the Ecosystem of Support Mapping Report
- Provide technical inputs to the national Stakeholders’ Action Plan
- Prepare and document the National Food Systems Dialogue and final completion report
Requirements
- University degree in agriculture, development studies, public policy, economics, environmental management, natural-resource management, social sciences or related field
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Working knowledge of English at Level C
- Kiribati nationality or residence with a valid work permit
