Coordinates Grenada’s Pandemic Fund project to strengthen preparedness for emerging health threats, aligning funded work with national priorities and fund requirements. The role brings partners together, monitors delivery and risks, and supports transparent, accountable implementation.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate priority project areas with national needs and preparedness plans
  • Facilitate consultations among sectors, civil society and implementing partners
  • Monitor milestones, outputs and risks across funded initiatives
  • Review progress and financial reports from implementing entities
  • Convene stakeholder platforms and update national authorities on implementation
  • Promote equitable participation and resolve or escalate implementation risks

Role Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in agriculture, public health, administration, project management or a related field
  • At least five years of relevant experience in project or programme management, agricultural development, administration, monitoring and evaluation or finance
  • Working knowledge of English
  • Nationality of Grenada

Desired Criteria

  • Experience managing large donor-funded projects or programmes
  • Familiarity with international organisations, regional entities and national governments
