Responsibilities
- Prepare agendas, presentations and training materials for four teacher-training sessions
- Deliver four five-day training sessions on youth ethics, integrity and anti-corruption manuals
- Apply active-learning and child-centred methods across different education levels
- Review curriculum learning objectives, duration, content, age suitability and teaching methods
- Design recommendations for the curriculum assessment framework
- Cover civic duties, corruption, accountability, integrity and relevant legal frameworks
- Produce an activity report after each training session
- Submit a pedagogical review report and final mission report
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Law, Criminal Justice, Economics, Human Rights, Business or Public Administration, International Development, Political Science, Social Sciences or a related field, or a relevant first degree with two additional years of experience
- Minimum seven years of rule-of-law experience with a master’s degree or five years with a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum five years of teaching experience
- Experience delivering training on ethics and anti-corruption
- Experience in instructional design and the development or revision of curricula and training tools
- Fluency in spoken and written French
