Responsibilities

  • Prepare agendas, presentations and training materials for four teacher-training sessions
  • Deliver four five-day training sessions on youth ethics, integrity and anti-corruption manuals
  • Apply active-learning and child-centred methods across different education levels
  • Review curriculum learning objectives, duration, content, age suitability and teaching methods
  • Design recommendations for the curriculum assessment framework
  • Cover civic duties, corruption, accountability, integrity and relevant legal frameworks
  • Produce an activity report after each training session
  • Submit a pedagogical review report and final mission report

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in Law, Criminal Justice, Economics, Human Rights, Business or Public Administration, International Development, Political Science, Social Sciences or a related field, or a relevant first degree with two additional years of experience
  • Minimum seven years of rule-of-law experience with a master’s degree or five years with a bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum five years of teaching experience
  • Experience delivering training on ethics and anti-corruption
  • Experience in instructional design and the development or revision of curricula and training tools
  • Fluency in spoken and written French
