Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities linking womens organisations in Türkiye with global movements
- Map international networking platforms and coalition-building opportunities
- Advise advocates on participation in regional and international gender-equality forums
- Develop ECOSOC consultative-status training and guidance
- Design, moderate and document dialogues on gender backlash
Requirements
- Masters degree in a relevant field, or a bachelors degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least seven years of progressive experience in gender equality or womens empowerment
- Experience with international womens movements and gender-equality mechanisms
- Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English
