National Consultant for CSO Engagement, Networking and International Advocacy

Strengthens UN Women Türkiye’s links with women’s civil society and international movements by identifying networking opportunities, advising advocates, preparing learning products, and designing dialogues and events that advance evidence-based gender equality advocacy.

Department: UN Women Türkiye Office

• Identify opportunities linking womens organisations in Türkiye with global movements
• Map international networking platforms and coalition-building opportunities
• Advise advocates on participation in regional and international gender-equality forums
• Develop ECOSOC consultative-status training and guidance
• Design, moderate and document dialogues on gender backlash

• Masters degree in a relevant field, or a bachelors degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
• At least seven years of progressive experience in gender equality or womens empowerment
• Experience with international womens movements and gender-equality mechanisms
• Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English

• Home-based assignment with no travel foreseen
• Maximum 60 working days through 31 July 2027
• Payments are made monthly against approved deliverables
