Responsibilities
- Engage rural communities, youth, health facilities and local businesses on solar energy
- Maintain community leader relationships and safe project access
- Run surveys, focus groups, workshops and stakeholder feedback mechanisms
- Ensure women, displaced people and marginalized groups shape energy priorities
- Map government, civil society, finance and private-sector stakeholders
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans and strategic partnership records
- Organize advocacy campaigns, events, webinars and technical training logistics
- Document lessons, public stories, stakeholder records and activity expenditures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in energy, engineering, law, political science, economics, communication, business administration or a related field
- At least two years of experience in community and stakeholder engagement or partnership development
- Experience with office productivity, collaboration and web-based management tools
- Strong knowledge of the Yemen context
- Fluency in English and Arabic
