The community volunteer strengthens vaccine demand in Borgou by supporting social and behaviour change activities, engaging community organisations and health teams, tracking coverage indicators, documenting lessons and following operational communication plans that reach zero-dose and under-immunised children.

Department: Survie et développement de l’enfant

• Implement social and behaviour change activities for vaccination
• Track vaccine-demand indicators in participating health facilities
• Support outreach to zero-dose and under-immunised children
• Map community organisations and strengthen local partnerships
• Document good practices, lessons and life stories
• Conduct field visits and prepare twice-monthly monitoring reports

• Secondary-school baccalaureate
• At least two years of experience planning, implementing and monitoring communication and community-engagement activities for vaccination or community health
• Residence in Borgou department or the intervention municipality
• French proficiency

• National full-time Community UN Volunteer assignment covering two positions
